Epona 1.5rc1 released

After a few years of hard work, the first release candidate of Epona 1.5 has finally been released. Among the new features comes full MySQL database support; so, it's definitely worth a try. For other new features, check the NEWS file.
It's been used in production for quite some time with no problems, though more testing is of course welcome.
All language files except the English and French ones need to be updated. Volunteer translators are thus more than welcome.
